Q. How Do I Place an Order?

A. Buying from C3Sports.com is easy and secure. You don't have to fill out a registration form or download software to shop here. When you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by our secure server. Simply place an order via our Online Shopping Cart Technology by clicking the "add to basket" button for each item you wish to purchase, and when you are done shopping, click the "checkout button". We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. You can also place an order over the phone by calling 973-631-9839. We also accept Purchase Orders and we are CCR registered. Our DUNS number can be supplied upon request We also accept purchase orders. PO's need to be submitted in writing via either fax 888-773-1427 or email.


Q. Is My Information Secure?

A. The transmission of your order is done using 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is the standard for secure data transmission over the Internet. This provides a secure connection between a web browser and a web site server. Once we receive your information we do not share it with anyone.


Q. What is C3Sport’s Privacy Policy?

A. C3Sports will not share your information with anyone. We value your privacy as much as we value our own. Your contact information is used solely for the purpose of communicating with you regarding your order. We will never sell or release your information to anyone.


Q. How Long Does Delivery Take?

A. All items ship promptly via Fed Ex or UPS ground and will arrive in 2-7 days. If for some reason the time will be longer, we will notify you of the status of your order. If you need to receive the bike second day or next day, please email us with your address and the item you are wishing to purchase and we will provide a shipping quote for you.


Q. What is Your Return Policy?

A. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will do everything we can to correct the problem for you. If something arrives damaged, we will promptly replace it. We will accept product returns for up to 10 days after receiving the product. You must contact us in advance for a return authorization number. A restocking fee may apply and shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on items that are damaged from customer abuse.


Q. What is the C3Sports Warranty?

A. C3Sports Products have a warranty period of 1 year covering defects and normal wear and tear. We do not cover items that Damage from abuse, neglect, accidents, and racing are not covered under warranty. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to repair or replace defective merchandise. If you have questions, feel free to contact us, and for more specific information, please read the manuals included in the product packaging. We work daily with the bike manufacturers and ensure that any warranty issue is taken care of promptly.
